On-campus Employment

Looking for a job that fits your schedule and a boss who understands your priorities as a student? On-campus jobs are a great way to gain valuable work experience without leaving the Indiana Tech community. These positions often offer flexible hours, convenient locations, and supervisors who understand that academics come first.

To find on-campus employment opportunities go to Handshake (through Tech’s Let Me In portal), open the jobs page, and search Indiana Tech. When you apply for a position, you will be redirected to Paycom (Tech’s human resource platform). If you run into an issue with Paycom, reach out to HR at HR@indianatech.edu for assistance.

Another place to search for convenient on-campus employment is through Tech’s dining and catering service, Parkhurst. Look for openings through their Student Workforce program.

Although several Tech departments post positions throughout the year, be aware that Indiana Tech does not have limitless student positions available. So, start looking early and be prepared with a suitable resume and cover letter. If you find a position in a Tech department that you’re really interested in working for, don’t be afraid to visit the department in person to introduce yourself and learn more about the type of help they need.
