Mentorship doesn’t come in one shape or size. It can be a single conversation, multiple discussions, or a job shadow. Whether you’re an industry veteran or a recent grad, your perspective matters. Maybe you’ve stumbled through early career obstacles you wish someone had helped you avoid. Now, you have the chance to be that someone for a student.
